APDA Guber Aspirant In Ekiti, Tope Adebayo Promises Economic Prosperity In Three Years

Tope Adebayo has began his electioneering campaign for the gubernatorial seat in Ekiti where Governor Ayodele Fayose is the most popular figure.

Tope Adebayo of Advanced People Democratic Alliance on Friday met with party faithful in Moba Local Government Area as he intensifies consultation with his teeming followers at the grass root. 
 
At the gathering of more than 1,200 supporters and members of the fastest growing political party in Ekiti State, Tope Adebayo declared readiness to battle for Ekiti’s top seat in a bid to serve the people of the state.
 
In his welcome address, Mr Oladunjoye Abiodun, the Local Government Chairman of APDA in Moba Local Government congratulated Tope on the enormous momentum his campaign has gathered within the shortest time possible. 
 
He declared that the people of Moba are not known to be political cowards and they always follow who they decide to follow till the end. Mr Oladunjoye also confirmed the feelers from the average Ekiti indigene that wants a radical and conscious move away from the political class that has impoverished the people of Ekiti and turned them into beggars.
 
In closing his address, the chairman, Mr Oladunjoye Abiodun on behalf of the people of Moba showed appreciation to Tope Adebayo for leaving his comfort to via for the office in order to redeem Ekiti State.
 
In Tope Adebayo’s response, he appreciated the courage of the people to take back their government, own it and make it work for them.
 
He said ‘I am happy to be here today amongst you and I want to congratulate you for standing up for the revolution that is ahead of us. The destiny of Ekiti is in our hands and we must come together to make it work’.
 
‘I am one of you, not only because I am young but for the fact that my parents who were poor farmers raised me in this state, I schooled here and I have never been far away from home. I know where the shoe pinches’.
 
Tope assured his teeming supporters of economic prosperity after three years of taking over the government of Ekiti State. 
 
He said the state apparatus would be mobilised to ensure that we revive technical education, make agriculture friendly and equip the people of Ekiti with the knowledge they can exchange for value in the wealth creation chain.
